Amazing Lemon Cake

Ingredients: 

Olive Cart Lakeshore Lemon Olive Oil

Lemon Drop White Balsamic

Eggs

Yellow Cake Mix

Powdered Sugar

 

Directions:

Using boxed cake mix, substitute Lakeshore Lemon Olive oil for the vegetable oil. In the water called for in mix, blend 1 1/2 T Lemon White Balsamic.  Make cake per directions. 

 

Icing: 

1/2 c powdered sugar

1 T water

1 T Lemon Drop white balsamic.
