Deviled Egg Potato Salad

6 large potatoes, boiled, diced
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 small onion, diced 
1 pickle, diced
3/4 cup mayonnaise 
1/3 cup Olive Cart Bourbon Bacon Mustard 
salt and pepper to taste
Olive Cart Smoked sweet Spanish paprika for garnish

 

Combine all ingredients, except paprika. Let salad rest in refrigerator for at least an hour. Garnish with paprika before serving.
