Garlic Asiago Parmesan Chicken Thighs

If you generally only eat white chicken meat, you need to try these incredibly easy and delicious chicken thighs. Simple to make and keto-friendly too!

 

Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs, skin on
1 TBSP dried basil leaves
1 TBSP garlic powder
2 TBSP Olive Cart Asiago Parmesan Tapenade
1/8 tsp Olive Cart Himalayan Pink sea salt
1 pinch of pepper
2 tsp Olive Cart Avocado Garlic Oil

 

Preheat overn to 450 degrees. Create a pocket under each chicken thigh with an upside down spoon.

Mix together basil, garlic powder, asiago parmesan tapenade, sea salt and pepper. Fill each pocket under chicken skin with this mixture and press to smooth out over chicken thighs.

Heat avocoado garlic oil over medium high heat in a large skillet.  Place chicken thighs skin side down in oil and cook for 5 minutes. Flip thighs and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes.

Transfer the skillet (without lid) to the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes.  Let rest for a few minutes before enjoying.
