Roasted Red Pepper Tuna Tomato Blossoms

1 5oz can of white tuna packed in water
1.5 TBLS diced celery
1 TBLS diced onion
0.25 tsp Olive Cart Michigan sea Salt Flakes 
¼ C Olive Cart Roasted Red Pepper Chutney
2 TBLS  Olive Cart Garlic Chili extra-virgin olive oil
 
8 medium Kumato Tomatoes (or your favorite tomato)

 

DIRECTIONS

Core tomatoes and slice partially into sections, being careful not to cut all the way through. Gently open tomato into a blossom.
Mix remaining ingredients together until incorporated
Spoon into tomato blossoms and end enjoy.
