Harissa Course Spice Blend

One of our staff's favorites and likely soon to be one of yours as well! This amazing blend hails from Moroccan seasoning classics and will compliment so many of your dishes. Use it in soups, on salads, in rice or on couscous. Sprinkle it on your sandwich or as a dry rub for beef, chicken or lamb. To make a traditional Harissa paste, blend it with your favorite Olive Cart EVO oil and chopped garlic. Ingredients are California Chili, Garlic, Toasted Cumin, Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Chili Cayene.
