Maple Pecan Potatoes
A quick, easy, and flavorful way to make delicious potatoes utilizing your air fryer (directions for a conventional oven below). This recipe is for one serving. Just multiple by ingredients by the number of hungry mouths you are serving.
Ingredients:
3 TBSP Olive Cart Maple Pecan Mustard
1 1/2 TBSP Olive Cart Rotisserie Chicken Rub
2 TBSP Olive Cart Slow Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
1 Large Russet Potato
Directions:
Rinse potato and cut into 1-inch cubes. Set cubes aside while preparing the mustard mix.
Mix Maple Pecan Mustard, Rotisserie Chicken Rub, and Slow Roasted Garlic Oil in a bowl. Thoroughly incorporate each ingredient and pour over the potato cubes. Mix the potatoes in the mustard sauce until fully and evenly covered. Fry in air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
For conventional ovens, bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
